Storm stands for Special Team Of Role Models and focuses primarily on developing advance and leadership skills. These classes are also a mandatory requirement for Black belt. It is taught only by the Master Instructor or any other qualified instructor. It is designed to assist and enhance in all the different areas of training that students need improvement on. These areas are also vital to achieving effective self defense skills and developing outstanding character not only in the martial arts but in life in general as well.

The Storm program is structured to train and fine tune students at a much higher level with health and fitness, sharper martial arts techniques, increased mental self discipline and self control, and also developing an overall dynamic positive character. It also concentrates more on increasing physical abilities and self-defense skills, as well as demands and expects from all students a greater level of proper behavior and attitude both in and out the Dojang. Emphasizing the acquiring and role modeling of all the qualities of being a positive leader is vital to a student’s future.

Storm Team training will not begin for any student until they have achieved Red Belt and up and must be 7 yrs. old or older. Special exceptions will be made only for a 5 and 6 yr. old. I want to emphasize that everyone must be recommended by other instructors’ or leaders prior to attending the Storm classes and everyone must start training at level 1. Students’ ages 7 to 11 yrs. old will only be required to complete Levels 1 and 2, and ages 12 yrs. old and up will need to complete Levels 1, 2 and 3 to 5 that applies to them. Students will be held accountable for their performance and conduct at all times. All students must continue training in each level upon which I will be monitoring them and assessing a qualifying test before advancing to the next required level. All training levels will be a mandatory requirement for all students and instructors prior to testing for their black belt or any other higher rank. Students will not be granted the right to test for their Black Belt until they have completed the levels of training required in my Storm program.

The program makes obtaining a Black Belt more challenging but will be much more exciting and rewarding. It will also increase benefits that will result in higher quality students.
